John Doma Named to EUCCAN Board of Directors

John Doma has been named a Director of the Board and Treasurer for the European Union Chamber of Commerce in Canada.

Bateman MacKay LLP is proud to share that Managing Partner John Doma, FCPA, FCA, has been named a Director of the Board and Treasurer for the European Union Chamber of Commerce in Canada (EUCCAN). Board members are assessed on their technical skills and experience in addition to their personal attributes and competencies. Through his capacity as the Honorary Consul General for the Republic of Slovenia, John has worked with the European Union for several years and was welcomed to this position because of his knowledge, guidance and dedication to this work.

EUCCAN promotes, supports and develops the business voice of the European Union (EU) in Canada and its 25 EU state-based Chambers of Commerce and Business Associations and four Associate members through political advocacy, local and international representation and sharing information. Additionally, the EUCCAN strives to provide a fair and open business environment for its members while maximizing their exposure and connecting members to each other. In recognition of increased levels of globalization across all levels of business, the EUCCAN hopes to engage more small to medium sized enterprises through their advocacy and work.
